Ordering & Shipping
At this time, delivery is available in the United States only. We hope to offer International shipping in the future. In the meantime, if you are outside the U.S you are welcome to ‘join our community’ so that you may receive our monthly newsletter and all the latest information about Amorosa Bella.
Orders are shipped via UPS and in some cases, when necessary via FedEx. Orders received up to 2 PM PST will be processed the same day while orders placed after 2 PM PST will be processed the following day (not including holidays). Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
We regret, due to the value of most of our products, we are unable to ship to a P.O. box. Please provide a street address so that we may ensure your shipment can effectively be traced.
Tax
State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to any state where we have a business presence. Sales tax is added on all merchandise delivered to California. Your sales tax will be automatically calculated and added to your order during checkout.
Payment Options
The following credit cards are accepted for payment: American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover Card. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped. You will receive a copy of your order via your in-box as well as included with your shipment.

All information is collected using SSL SECURE PAYMENT We respect your privacy and Amorosa Bella will never sell or rent your name to any other company.
Our Packaging and Gift Wrap
Amorosa Bella products are handsomely wrapped in high quality custom tissue and packaging, protecting your purchase and adding delight to receiving your shipment.
To make your Amorosa Bella gift ultimately luxurious and unique, order a sumptuous silk black gift bag with gold silk lining and lavish gold ribbon. Each gift bag is handcrafted to the size of your purchase and becomes a keepsake.
Note: All perfume purchases in French heirloom bottle, lingerie and private pleasure gifts include a custom silk gift bag. Author signed books are enclosed in a silk gift bag. Silk gift bags can be purchased for wine and candles at the time of purchase.
Return Policy for all Products with the Exception of Wine
In the event that a purchase does not meet your expectations, Amorosa Bella accepts returns of unused items within 30 days from the date of shipment. We will be happy to accept an item(s) in its original packaging, unused and with all tags attached. Please return the item(s) specifying the reason you are returning the product, refund or exchange to:

Please Note the Following Exceptions
Limited Edition Numbered and Signed Prints: We are unable to accept returns. All artwork sales are final.
French Heirloom Perfume Bottle: returns acceptable within 30 days only if protective clear seal is intact and the crystal bottle is undamaged.
Perfume Refill: – returns acceptable within 30 days only if protective clear seal is intact.
Lingerie: For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on any lingerie that has been opened and tried on.
Private Pleasure Gifts: For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns. All sales are final.
Amorosa Bella reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.
Return Policy for Wine
Refunds (less original shipping costs) will be granted on returned wine within 30 days of shipment as long as it is returned prior to having the cork pulled and is in good condition. The purchaser will be responsible for return freight costs, unless an incorrect order was shipped to the purchaser or there is a problem with the wine. In those situations, Amorosa Bella will pay all shipping costs.
Amorosa Bella will replace any products damaged during shipping. Broken or damaged items will need to be returned to Amorosa Bella and all shipping costs will be covered by Amorosa Bella.
